| Frequently Asked Questions How do I find my photos? You were handed a card when your photo was taken. Each card has listed a specific event and frame number. Look for the event number on our ROT Rally page. From there, the photos are in sequential order and have the frame beneath them. The frame number on the card is not a photo of me? Your photo may have come slightly out of correspondence from the frame designated on the card. Look for the picture in the preceding and proceeding frames. Still can not find it? You may have mistakenly been given a card. Check the other business cards you were given in order to find images taken by us. How do I get prints of my photos? Order the style print(s) you would like and we will mail the final product to the shipping address you submit. Can I order prints by phone? Yes, you can. Call our customer service department at 877-688-PICS and order through a Candid Color Systems representative. When will I receive my prints? Photos usually ship within 3 business days of purchase, but may take up to 14 days. Can you remove a photo of me from your website? |
